I am a London-based calligrapher, letterer and printmaker. I studied for four years with Gaynor Goffe and gained the CLAS Intermediate Diploma in Calligraphy before embarking on a course in Calligraphy and Design at the University of Sunderland, where I graduated with Commendation.

My love for languages, letters and patterns informs all of my work, and using different tools I enjoy working on a variety of surfaces such as paper, vellum, and lino. My calligraphic work and my articles have appeared in a number of exhibitions and publications.

The work I undertake to commission is very diverse, and regular clients include several charities and churches, academic, religious and art institutions, as well as corporate and private clients.

I am a Fellow and past Chairman of the CLAS Calligraphy & Lettering Arts Society, a CLAS Accredited Tutor and a past long-standing member of the CLAS Academic Standards Board, as well as a member of the Society of Scribes & Illuminators and Letter Exchange.
